This project was completed with Bishop Beaudry Construction acting as Construction Manager -Agency format on behalf of the Owner, Wilton Fire District. Full Construction Manager services were performed including pre-referendum consultation, pre-construction and full construction administration during construction and closeout.

A total of five (5) prime contracts were administered to conform with NYS Wickes Law.

This project involved a two phase effort for completion.


The first phase included an investigation into the cause of the veneer failure as well as the implementation of a temporary stabilization program for the remaining brick veneer.


The second phase of the project was directed at permanent repairs to the veneer as well as complete and permanent stabilization of the masonry structure which had experienced deterioration.


Throughout the project, Bishop Beaudry worked closely with a structural engineer to identify the root cause of the failure and develop a permanent solution to prevent a recurrence of the problem.

This project resulted in the conversion of 3500 square feet of existing non-functional second floor space to additional patient care space. The project produced new family practice examination rooms, treatment areas and additional space for endocrinology services.


Throughout the construction all work was accomplished while the building was occupied and without interruption of client's business activity.


Close co-ordination of all activities with client's on-site Practice Manager and the Construction Manager played a critical role in the successful completion of the project.

This project resulted in the conversion of an existing church built in 1958 and used only in the summer, to a year-round facility. The project included the addition of a Narthex along with the complete demolition and rehabilitation of the existing structure. Asbestos abatement, roof replacement, stone veneer siding, window installation were included in the rebuild while interior improvements included a new Alter, Baptismal Font, Work Sacristies, Confessional, Bathrooms and Kitchenette.

Construction Contract: General Construction

Constructed a new 4,300 sf office building addition that is the home of the Greene County Cornell Cooperative Extension. The facility includes both a learning center and classrooms. The project included challenging site work as a result of high water table and extremely rocky soil conditions. Provided value engineering which reduced construction costs by 5% and included changing forced hot air heating system to radiant flooring system.

This project was a multiple prime contract (Wicks Law) project. BBC performed the general construction contract to build seven (7) 1,000 sf Adirondack themed bathhouses including shower and toilet facilities. All facilities were to be ADA compliant.

BBC performed full CM services as Agent for Saratoga County including full pre-construction and construction scope of services. The project was executed with 10 prime contracts conforming to NYS Wicks Law and Saratoga County purchasing requirements. Unique features include a surgical unit, water resistant finishes in the animal holding areas, low maintenance exterior and an adaption friendly layout. The project was completed at $300,000 under budget.

This project was a complete interior demolition and rehabilitation of a historic occupied SRO (Single Room Occupancy) building that houses special needs clients. Full Construction Management services were provided by BBC. During the entire construction effort, one half of the building was occupied while the other half was renovated. This process minimized the relocation of SRO clients and minimized additional expense to the client. Throughout this effort full mechanical, electrical and communications services were available to the occupants.
